1)           Alenka was writing a letter to Santa Claus and she wished a doll which can talk and costs 222 crowns, an electric guitar which costs 555 crowns and a pram which costs 333 crowns. How much did the presents cost together?
 
2)           St. Nicolas, a devil and an angel went to give out sweets to children. They had 365 chocolate coins, 275 chocolate devils and 27 chocolate St. Nicolases.
a)    How many chocolate dogs did they have?
b)    How many sweets did they go to give out?
 
3)           St. Nicolas, an angel and a devil are walking through the town. St. Nicolas had 150 toys. The devil had a half of a kilo of coal and the angel had 150 Christmas bags. There are 50 000 people in the town a half of the, are children.
a)    Will St. Nicolas, the angel and the devil have enough presents if each child will get one toy, one gram of coal, and one bag?

Tom wants to get a remote control car and a book on Maths. Barbora wants to get a laptop and a school bag. How much will the Adámek´s family pay for the presents if they will spend 8 000 crowns on Barbora and 2 000 crowns on Tom?

10) Mum sent her daughter to the shop for 30 Christmas balls. One costs 3 crowns. Mum gave her 100 crowns.
a)    Will the daughter have enough money to buy 30 Christmas balls?
b)    How much change will she get from the shop assistant?
 
11) St. Nicolas, a devil and an angel went to give sweets to three children. They had 21 presents in their bag. How many presents were left in the bag supposed to each child got four presents?
 
12) St. Nicolas, a devil and an angel went to give presents to four children. Each of the children should get 1 125 coins and 1 286 strawberry dogs.
a)    How many sweets did they have altogether?
b)    Alas! Terka and Eliška ate 485 coins and 1 100 strawberry dogs. Later they ate half of the remaining sweets. How many sweets were left for the children?
